How do I apply for a Trade account?
Please click on the contact button in the header and send through your details.
We will respond and will require proof of training specific qualifications. These could be but are not exclusive to beauty, medical and dermatology qualifications/accreditations.
How do I make an order?
Once you have been verified as a practitioner with acceptable credentials, we will then send you a password to access the shop function. This password must not be shared with anyone else or any other business.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There are no minimum order requirements.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges for the moment are $15 within NZ. We are currently investigating best options for shipping so this may change. (updated 06/11/2024).
How long do orders take to arrive?
Due to the nature that some items are not currently stocked in NZ, orders may take 3-14 days (depends on the order specifics). This situation is changing rather quickly as we establish ourselves on this side of the world and will eventually have all products on site. If you are unsure of delivery times on some products, please use the contact form and we will get back to you asap.
How can I return a product?
We will only accept returns on purchased products provided item/s are returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days. Items need to be returned in the original packaging and condition it was sent out. Refunds will not be processed until item/s have been received and returned to stock. Postage refunds due to change of mind will not be covered.
Do you sell the homecare range to the public?
If you are looking to purchase from the homecare range, please send us an enquiry and we will put you in touch with a local practitioner or clinic who will be happy to facilitate.
