If you require a treatment outside of these specified hours, please contact Veronica using the contact info below and this can be arranged. There are NO extra charges outside specified times.

Due to the nature of this type of business a 50% deposit is required when making your booking. If you need to cancel, you will be refunded the full amount provided this is done no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are sick or a family emergency has popped up on the day of your appointment, a full refund will be given or reschedule will be offered.

Veronica understands that life gets in the way so she will accommodate as best she can for mishaps that crop up.
